18 Wheeler Truck Accident Shuts Down Highway 210An 18 wheeler truck carrying explosives rolled over forcing a portion of Highway 210 to shut down. Tuesday afternoon, a portion of Highway 210 near Rocky Point and I-40 closed for more than an hour around 1:00. The driver of the truck said his brakes went out as he made a turn. The truck was coming from the nearby Rock Quarry carrying ammonium nitrate, a common explosive material used in mining rock. Emergency crews cleared the scene as a precaution while the explosives were moved onto a different truck.
